En tant que foyer de soins de longue durée, nous fournissons des soins infirmiers compatissants aux personnes âgées qui ont besoin de soutien en raison d'une perte physique d'autonomie ou de troubles cognitifs. Avec seulement 23 résidents, le Manoir Beaconsfield est l'un des plus petits foyers de soins de longue durée de la ville et cette intimité façonne tout ce que nous faisons. Nous avons le privilège de connaître vraiment chaque résident : son histoire de vie, ses routines, ses préférences et les petites choses qui lui apportent confort et joie. Ici, personne n'est défini par un diagnostic ou un numéro de chambre.
Notre équipe dévouée fournit des soins infirmiers 24 heures sur 24, 7 jours sur 7, une assistance quotidienne et un soutien personnalisé dans un cadre accueillant, familier et sécurisé. Notre petite taille favorise des relations significatives entre les résidents, les familles, le personnel et les bénévoles, créant une communauté soudée où chaque personne est connue, valorisée et respectée.
